Custom software development · Mexico

Systems that hold up in production.
Not prototypes.

OaSys Factory builds custom software for processes where failure is expensive: high transaction volume, integration between legacy systems and the plant floor, and tax compliance. More than 20 years of the founder's experience across government, manufacturing, healthcare and services.

What we build.

Capabilities

We don't sell templates or licenses. Every system is designed around the client's real process, with its volumes, its integrations and its rules.

ARQ

High-volume backend and architecture

End-to-end solution design: data model, batch and online processing, failure points and capacity. Systems built to carry sustained load, not to survive a demo.

INT

Integration and middleware

Middleware between databases, APIs, business systems and industrial controllers. When two systems don't talk to each other, we build the layer that translates between them and leave it monitored.

CFDI

High-volume tax stamping

Generation, validation and stamping of Mexican CFDI invoices through a certified provider, at tens of thousands of documents per day, with error handling, retries and reconciliation.

OT

Industrial automation

PLC programming and upgrades, SCADA systems and plant control. Process data acquisition and its connection to business systems.

NOM

Payroll and calculation

Complete payroll systems: entry, exceptions, calculation, disbursement and bulk tax stamping. Proven on rolls of thousands of employees and through regulatory change.

LEG

Legacy system modernization

Upgrading systems that are already running and cannot be switched off. Staged migration, without halting operations or losing the business logic built up over years.

Where we have worked.

Sectors

Twenty years of the founder's career in environments where the system is part of daily operations, not an accessory.

Public safety

Crime analysis

A crime analysis system for a metropolitan public administration: incident consolidation, data exploitation and support for operational decision-making.

Health and pharmacy

Nationwide inventory and distribution

Inventory control for the pharmacy network of a national social security institution, plus the warehouse and picking system at its logistics contractor's distribution center.

Automotive manufacturing

Plant floor and process control

A decade inside the plant of a global automotive corporation: upgrading control and plant systems, and automating processes with PLCs and SCADA.

State government

Payroll for 12,000 positions

Owner of a state government's payroll system: from exception entry through calculation and bulk tax stamping, under the load and deadlines a biweekly cycle imposes.

Aviation and invoicing

Stamping 80,000 tickets a day Current

Head of backend, solution design and architecture on an airline ticket invoicing platform: payment extraction and processing, and bulk tax stamping for one airline in a single country.

How we work.

Method

Four stages, in this order. Skipping the second is what produces systems that collapse at the first month-end close.

Process diagnosis

Understanding the real flow, the one people run every day, not just the documented one. Volumes, exceptions and who touches what.

Architecture

Defining system boundaries, integrations, capacity and failure points before the first line is written. This is where it is decided whether the system holds.

Construction

Working deliveries that integrate with what already exists. Nothing is built in isolation to be “connected” later.

Operation

The system goes into production and is kept there: monitoring, volume growth, regulatory change and process adjustments.

Technical ground.

Where we operate

We work as readily on the business software side as on the equipment down on the plant floor — and above all on the bridge between the two.

Software and data

  • Backend services and processes
  • Batch and online processing
  • Relational databases and data modeling
  • APIs and system-to-system interfaces
  • Certified-provider integration for CFDI invoices
  • Payment extraction, reconciliation and processing

Plant floor

  • PLC programming and upgrades
  • SCADA systems and plant control
  • Middleware between industrial control and business systems
  • Process data acquisition and normalization
  • Production process automation
  • Inventory, warehouse and picking control

Tell us which process needs solving

If you have a manual process that no longer scales, two systems that don't talk to each other, or an operation running on spreadsheets, that is exactly the starting point.
